Pack Your Items
Place the unworn sneakers back into their original Bathu box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
